February & March, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm.
Easter Holidays, Monday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm, Sunday 12.30 - 4pm.
Rest of April, May & June, Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm and Sundays 12.30 - 4pm on the holiday weekends.
July, August, half of September, Monday - Saturday 10am - 5.30pm, Sunday 12.30 - 4.30pm
Rest of Spetember and October, Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm.
Closed last week in October and first week in November
December, Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm.
Closed throughout January

The chocolate factory produces on most days (except Sundays) and the most action takes place late morning to early afternoon. You do not need to book and watching the chocolatiers is free of charge.
